Who we are

Brightoakridge operates the website brightoakridge.com for visitors in Sweden. For questions about this policy or your data rights, write to privacy@brightoakridge.com.

What we collect

No accounts, no sign-up, no personal data forms. We do not ask for your name, email address, personnummer, date of birth or payment details. We run no advertising pixels, no behavioural analytics and no cross-site trackers.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Nothing here requires consent under the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (lag 2022:482) implementing the ePrivacy rules, which is why you see no cookie banner. External sites you open from our links (Google Play, support organisations) set their own cookies under their own policies.

Legal basis

Where technical log data qualifies as personal data under the GDPR, we rely on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure, functioning website.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade data. The only third parties involved are our hosting provider (acting as a processor) and Google Fonts as described above. No data is used for marketing.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we hold no identifiable records about visitors, most requests will be answered with confirmation that no data exists. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

Children

This site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process any data relating to children. If you believe a child has contacted us, write to privacy@brightoakridge.com and we will delete the correspondence.

Changes

Any update to this policy is published on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
